Meritxell Adria is the Administrative Assistant for East Valley Mediator. Being part of the East Valley Mediator team and serving those individuals going through the toughest time of their life is near and dear to Meritxell’s heart. 

She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in marketing their new mediation practice. Meritxell is uniquely qualified in helping others due to her experience with two self-employed parents. She has witnessed creative negotiations on many occasions firsthand, ability to extract what a client's needs are during negotiations, and has an acute understanding of today's consumers. She can objectively show you how to save money in your marketing and maximize your strengths in reaching your new clients. 

Meritxell believes that learning is not only in the classroom but in the trenches of real-life application. At an early age, she was convicted to be an open book and teach others how to examine their need and understand that every circumstance in life is not the same for another person. It is about learning, changing gears, and finding the silver lining.
